You want to look your best. We all do. It’s natural in this day and age to have our appearance equal our success. And at this point in your life, you’ve got your own style, your own way of doing things, and it’s served you well in business and in life.
But for all of your success and polish, there’s one thing holding you back: Embarrassment over your smile. That cracked or chipped tooth. That row of coffee-stained teeth. That gap you imagine a bus could drive through. That one—or more—pearly white who’s not so pearly, not so white, and all too irritating.
You’ve done everything you can to get to where you are, but if you feel like your teeth have been holding you back from where you want to get to—even if that means feeling good about your smile again—we’re here to tell you don’t need to fret over your embarrassment anymore.
Veneers are a perfect way to afford you the esteem and prestige that you experience everywhere else in your life.
Not only because you’re worth it, but because veneers are a simple, relatively painless solution to maximize the impact of your smile instead of hiding it and all it has to offer.
Often thought of as something only Hollywood celebrities get to improve their appearance on the red carpet and on the silver screen, here at Newingham Dental Center, we believe that veneers can solve those problems and get you that A-list smile.
A veneer is your solution to:
- Cracked, broken teeth
- Unsightly gaps between teeth
- A crooked or chipped tooth
- Discoloration or staining
- Feeling confident again when you laugh at a joke, or smile for a photograph
If you’re understandably afraid of an intensive oral surgery, then veneers are the right fit for you. They represent a less intrusive way to bring your smile up to speed without requiring the type of comprehensive shaping processes that, say, a crown might. And at the end of the day, you’ll have a noticeable improvement in your overall smile.
And we offer different types of veneers, too, including glistening porcelain and their higher durability “e.max” cousins.
How does it work?
A veneer is an extremely thin, typically porcelain-based sheath that is customized to fit over that problem tooth (or problem teeth, as the case may be), and can instantly give your smile the sparkle and whiteness that it’s been lacking for years.
The process for getting your veneer is simpler than you might think. Our team of cosmetic dentists will invite you for a diagnosis of those pesky teeth and gain your input on the type of smile you want to have, giving you a say in the outcome.
Then we’ll begin the process of measuring and conforming your tooth to the veneer, which will be molded and designed over the course of a couple of weeks.
Lastly, once the veneer is ready to be installed, we’ll hone it so that it fits just right—not all that different than a tailor ensuring that that new dress or new suit fits you like a glove, and makes you look great.
Once we’ve personalized and shaped the new veneer to your mouth, we will bond it to that problem tooth with a special cement that begins to set immediately. After that, we might ask that you return for a follow-up to check on your new veneer and how you’re liking it, but the hard parts are already out of the way!
With your new veneer, you’ll be able to walk into that boardroom, party, or family gathering with a newfound sense of confidence and self-esteem, all because you finally decided that you’re worth it.
And if you’re worried about pain, don’t be: We offer the choice of a local anesthetic to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process.
Perhaps the best perks of a veneer is that it doesn’t stain as easily, if at all, compared to normal tooth enamel. Once installed, you’ve increased the lifespan of your bright, white smile.
Get ready to impress
We believe that the quality of your smile can communicate your worth to the world better than anything you could ever own—more than the clothes you wear, the house you live in, or the car you drive. That’s because you can never take off your smile; everywhere you go, it follows.
Now, you can let your smile lead you. Isn’t that worth an investment?
All it takes is a simple call to our friendly staff to set the ball in motion and get you closer than ever to a smile that you can be proud of showing off wherever your travels take you.
